The Andrews Sisters

To their family and friends they were simply Patti, Maxine and Laverne. To the rest of the world they were the fabulous Andrews Sisters.   Now, 60 years later, the stunning voices of Canberra ’s own Bronwyn Sullivan, Fiona Sullivan and Janie Lawson, bring to life once more the sounds and sights of the Andrews Sisters in their spectacular cabaret presentation of all the hits made famous by the world's favourite vocal group. You’ll hear Apple Blossom Time, Don’t Sit Under the Apple Tree, Rum and Coca-Cola, The Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy, and many, many more.   But that's not all - what wartime entertainment package would be complete without the songs performed by England 's sweetheart of the stage - Vera Lynn, including A Nightingale Sang In Barkley Square and White Cliffs of Dover.

 

The show is backed by sensational band Limelight , featuring musical director Daniel Edmonds, who also add to the evening sophisticated background dinner music and further entertainment after the show if required.
